Privacy

What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

Short, because there is very little to say. This is an informational site for a healthcare software company. It has no accounts, no application and no forms.

No tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tags. Nothing is stored in your browser, and nothing follows you off the site.

Your browser contacts no third party to display these pages. Every file — including the fonts, which are the ones already on your device — is served from this domain. The one unavoidable exception is our web host, whose servers keep ordinary access logs as any host does. We do not query or analyze them.

If you email us

There is no form on this site. If you write to one of the addresses on the contact page, we hold that message in our business email in order to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not share or forward it to anyone outside N2. Like any business email, it is stored and processed on our behalf by our email provider under its own terms. There is no mailing list to be added to.

Please don't send patient information

Our email is not an appropriate channel for protected health information. Please don't send patient identifiers, claim-level detail or record extracts. If a conversation needs that kind of data, we will put a business associate agreement and a secure transfer channel in place first. If something sensitive is sent by accident, tell us and we will delete it.

Customer data is governed elsewhere

This page covers the website only. Data handled on behalf of a customer is governed by the agreements signed for that engagement, including a business associate agreement where protected health information is involved. Those terms take precedence over anything written here. How we intend to handle that data is described on the security page.

Asking about your information

To ask what we hold from correspondence with you, or to have it deleted, write to nwooten@n2analytics.org. No particular process is required.

This page describes current practice and will be updated if that practice changes. It is a plain description rather than a legal instrument; where a signed agreement says something different, the agreement governs.
